At Carpe Diem Planners, we want you to love your home organization tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your planners and accessories in their original packaging to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
